The Muslim Bereavement Support Service is a registered charity, founded in 2012. We are a non-profit organisation serving the Muslim community by supporting bereaved women who have lost a loved one.We also work with other organisations, the NHS and hospices in particular, to give a spiritual context to the bereavement support services they offer.Losing a loved one is an extremely painful experience and the range of feelings and emotions as well as physical reactions can be very confusing and further upsetting. For this reason we aim to help in any way we can during this difficult time. Our confidential service is provided by trained volunteers.
