Breathe Easy Medway meets once a month February to December with a fun seaside outing in July. The group will oganise additional activities such as walks and various outings.
We support anyone living in the Medway area who is living with a lung condition and/or respiratory problems. Come and join our friendly group supporting families and friends. We can offer advice and guidance to help people self-manage their conditions and accessing additional help from NHS and other services.
The group shares successes and challenges with each other so a member can discover some useful actions or techniques to improve their breathing.
The group meets on 1st Tuesday of each Month 1pm to 3pm at Twydall Community Centre, 125 Beechings Way, Gillingham, ME8 6TQ
