Join Medway Skylarks for uplifting, therapeutic music sessions designed to improve wellbeing and foster community connection.

Our group meets every Saturday at the University of Greenwich, Medway Campus in Chatham. Sessions run from 10:00AM to 12:00PM and are completely free to attend.

Music4Wellbeing is a Kent-based charity specialising in musical interventions that support mental, physical, and emotional health. Our sessions are open to all and especially welcoming to those living with dementia, Parkinson's, or neurodiversity. We provide a safe, friendly, and accessible environment for everyone to enjoy music, make friends, and boost their mood.

Please note attending your first session, please contact us. 18+ service. For safety and safeguarding reasons, vulnerable people must be accompanied by someone who can manage their mobility and personal needs. We are unable to accommodate people with disruptive behaviour.
