The Beaumont Leys Neighbourhood Mental Health Café is a welcoming, safe space for adults (18+) who are struggling to cope and need immediate support for their mental health.

Our drop-in cafés offer confidential, practical help from trained staff—no appointment needed. Whether you need someone to talk to or guidance on what to do next, our team is here to listen and support you.

    Open Mondays, 9 AM – 12 Noon
  • Christ The King Church: Beaumont Way, Beaumont Leys, LE4 1DS
    Open Fridays, 6 PM – 9 PM

Sessions are run by our partners on behalf of the NHS and are staffed by supportive, trained professionals. If you need urgent mental health support outside of café hours, you can call the free 24/7 Mental Health Central Access Point at 0808 800 3302. In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 999.
