Friends of the Elderly is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to helping older people live well in later life. With over 100 years of experience, we provide a range of specialist care services including residential care homes, day care centres, dementia care, nursing care, and short-term respite care.
Our care homes and day care services are located across England, offering safe, comfortable, and supportive environments for older people. We also offer grants for elderly people of state pension age or above, living on low incomes, to help with essentials such as heating, cooking, or staying in touch with loved ones.
We prioritise exceptional care and infection prevention, following strict government guidance and rigorous cleaning protocols. Our staff are trained to provide compassionate support, especially for those living with dementia.
