Holy Trinity Dementia Services supports those living with Dementia and their Carers.
We have group sessions for all levels of Dementia. Groups are for the people living with Dementia to allow them to socialise in a safe space and to enable the carers some well deserved time off.
Our singing groups, weekly coffee mornings and monthly Dementia Drop-in are open to those who have Dementia along with their friends, family or carer who support them on their journey.
Some of these services are chargeable and may require an assessment to ensure they are in the right group.
