Lifestyle - If you want support to boost your motivation or kick-start some lifestyle changes, we can help. We know that small changes can make a big difference and we offer a free service to help you take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. We can help you feel motivated
overcome barriers introduce some lifestyle changes, signpost you to further support.
All this in seven free one-to-one sessions.

Weight Loss - One You can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight. No shakes, no bars, no gimmicks! Just sensible, practical support and advice. The NHS provides these services in east Kent. Would you like to eat a healthier diet, but are not sure where to start? Eating well is one of the best ways to reach a healthy weight and feel better about life.

SmokeFree - We know it’s tough to quit smoking, but you don’t have to go it alone. No lectures, just professional support and help when you need it most. We can help you to quit smoking and be smokefree for life. Our friendly and professional team offers:
• weekly support from a specialist adviser
• free access to prescription products to help you quit including a free e-cigarette starter kit (subject to availability and age restrictions apply).
• behavioural support to strengthen your motivation.

Walk and Talk - Walk and Talk sessions are short, local walks designed to help you to get active, get outdoors and meet new people. They are led by friendly volunteers and usually take from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, leaving from central locations across east Kent, such as your local library.

Service access criteria:

Lifestyle - 18 plus without complex mental health needs. Focus on Lifestyle changes that affect better health
SmokeFree - Age 12 plus. Must have smoked a nicotine product in the last 4 weeks
Weight Loss - Adults only. BMI between 30 and 50 (or 27.5 for Black and Asian applicants). Certain pre-existing conditions will mean that some people are not eligible.
