Neurodiversity Support Programme

The CDARS Neurodiversity Support Programme offers holistic, person-centred support for adults (18+) living in Merton, Wandsworth, Sutton, Kingston, and Richmond who experience traits associated with neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.

What we offer:

  • Weekly one-to-one support check-ins, available online or in person.
  • Advocacy groups to help with social anxiety and build lifelong coping mechanisms.
  • Guidance and support for mental health, financial and housing benefits, employment and interview practice, and social engagement.
  • Access to other CDARS services, such as Health and Wellbeing programmes, counselling, and community outings.
  • Support from a qualified neurodiversity specialist registered with ADMP UK as a dance and movement psychotherapist.

Our aim: To help residents with neurodiverse conditions recover from alcohol and substance misuse, improve mental health, access benefits, find employment, and build healthy relationships.

Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ living in Merton, Wandsworth, Richmond, Kingston, or Sutton who experience neurodiverse traits.

How to access: Contact us by phone or email to discuss joining the programme. Sessions are available both online and in person.
