Our 12-week Exercise Referral Scheme is designed to support individuals who are looking to manage or improve their health condition through regular physical activity. We know that being active can be daunting, but our team of qualified, friendly and experienced instructors will be there to guide you every step of the way. Over the 12 weeks, we’ll work together to design a personalised activity plan suitable for your needs and lifestyle, as well as offering advice on exercising safely. You’ll receive professional guidance and support, and the option to attend structured group classes in our studios and gym. Together, we’ll help you build habits that will last long after the 12 weeks are over.
