Our expert team can help with:
- Benefits and pensions
- Debt and money advice
- Housing and homelessness
- Employment issues
- Relationships and family matters
- Community and home support
- Social care
- Consumer problems, energy tariffs, and disputes
- Immigration and more
If you’re unsure whether we can help, please contact us – we’re here to listen and support you.
Our service is always free – nobody should feel unable to ask for help because of cost. We are funded by donations and the dedication of our volunteers.
All advice is independent, confidential, and impartial. We value diversity, promote equality, and challenge discrimination. We also campaign for improvements in laws and services based on our clients’ experiences.
Additional services:
- Complaints procedure: Request our leaflet by email, phone, or in person.
- Hate Crime Reporting Centre: Report incidents anonymously through us – we can liaise with the police and support you in court if needed.
How to access: Visit our offices in Malvern Hills or Evesham, contact us by phone or email, or drop in at one of our outreach sites. See our website for details.
We are a member of the Citizens Advice Network and the Worcestershire Advice Network, holding the Advice Quality Standard and FCA regulation.
