Are you supporting someone with mental health issues? Jigsaw is here for you. We offer a welcoming, confidential space for relatives and carers to share experiences, get signposted to the right help, and receive both emotional and practical support.
What we do:
- Free monthly meetings, usually on the first Monday of each month at 7pm.
- Expert guest speakers on topics such as psychiatric medication and mental health care.
- Opportunities to ask questions (including anonymously) and get informed answers from professionals.
- Exchange information and advice with others who understand your situation.
Our group has been running since 1996, promoting knowledge of mental health issues and empowering relatives and carers in a supportive environment. Don't feel isolated—connect with others who care.
Meetings are held at the Malvern Hills Science Park. For the latest schedule, topics, and speakers, please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter.
All services are free and confidential.
