WorkWell is a free service supporting people aged 16 and over in West and North London whose physical or mental health condition or disability affects their ability to work. It brings together NHS, job support, and local services to provide tailored one-to-one support from Work and Health Coaches. Support includes help with CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, building confidence, and accessing specialist clinical support (Mental Health, Diabetes, MSK) and employment relations advice for workplace adaptations. The service is for those living in or registered with a GP in Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, or Westminster. - Are dealing with a health condition that’s affecting their ability to work
- Are eligible to work in the UK
- Live in Herefordshire or Worcestershire or are registered with a GP in those areas
