Conquest Art enriches the lives of people living with disability or long-term illness by providing friendly, supportive art groups across the UK. Our groups welcome members of all abilities, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and personal achievement in a non-competitive, inclusive environment.
Members are invited to create from their imagination, develop their own style, and work at their own pace. We understand that disability can affect creativity, so our volunteers offer gentle guidance and practical support to help everyone discover their artistic potential. Many members are surprised and delighted by what they can achieve!
Specialist equipment is available for those with particular needs, including head pointers, scented pens for visually impaired members, and specially adjusted easels. Our simple methods make it easy for newcomers to get started, and our team is always on hand to help develop skills and try new ideas.
Group members also have opportunities to exhibit their artwork, gaining a sense of accomplishment and pride. We aim to foster fulfillment, friendship, and a supportive community for all.
