Sporting Memories Foundation

Sporting Memories supports older people across the UK to reminisce, replay, and reconnect through the power of sport.

Our friendly clubs and engaging resources help reduce isolation and loneliness, improve mental wellbeing, and encourage physical activity. We bring people together to share memories of sport, enjoy stimulating conversations, and take part in gentle activities designed to support healthier lifestyles.

  • Clubs available across England, Scotland, Wales, and beyond
  • Open to older people who want to connect with others and enjoy sport-themed reminiscence
  • Volunteer-led sessions in local communities
  • Resources and activities to spark conversation and connection
