Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre provides compassionate care and support for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families in Bromsgrove and the surrounding area.
Our dedicated team offers a holistic approach to care, guiding each individual to the most beneficial support services for their needs. We provide a range of free services, including:
- Clinical Support – Specialist palliative care, day hospice, clinics, and physiotherapy.
- Family Support – Counselling, support groups, benefits advice, and tailored support for adults, children, and young people.
- Living Well Service – Helping patients and families manage their wellbeing and quality of life.
We are an independent charity, relying on the generosity of our local community to raise over £1.95 million each year to continue our vital work. All our services are free of charge to patients and families when they need them most.
To access our services, a referral can be made and our team will work with you to identify the most suitable support. We welcome referrals from individuals, families, and professionals.
