- Call Companions: Regular friendly phone calls from volunteers to brighten up your week and offer companionship.
- Rainbow Call Companions: Specially trained volunteers offering phone companionship for older LGBTQ+ people.
- Tea Parties: Monthly social gatherings where older guests can enjoy refreshments and company in a welcoming group setting.
