Join our welcoming Tai Chi and Qigong classes, designed for all abilities and especially beneficial for older people.
Our friendly instructor, Dominic, encourages everyone to participate at their own pace: "Be gentle with yourself. Try to do each exercise the best you can. Well is better than more." These low-intensity sessions help improve balance, strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Qigong involves slow, flowing movements and a calm, meditative state of mind, making it suitable for all levels of mobility—including those who prefer to exercise while seated.
