Our dedicated volunteers design and build unique solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, whether you’re living with a short or long-term disability due to illness, injury, or ageing. We can help with:
- Mobility aids and adaptations
- Personal care equipment
- Eating and daily living tools
- Enabling hobbies, sports, and creative activities
How it works:
- Referral: Complete our secure online referral form to tell us about your needs.
- Assessment: If we can help, we’ll connect you with your nearest REMAP branch. A volunteer will visit you at home or school to discuss your requirements.
- Custom Solution: We’ll adapt existing items or create new equipment just for you. Our volunteers will keep in touch until your solution is ready.
All REMAP services are provided at no cost to the client. Our 65 branches across England, Wales, and Scotland are run by skilled volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in their local communities.
