Taekwondo session - martial arts and self defence 10+ years old (Teenagers and Adults). A great class for beginners and experienced students. Classes are designed to be fun and engaging with aim to develop you physically and mentally.
In a typical class we will go through a warmup and fitness session, followed by a good stretch. We are then ready to start kicking and punching and have some fun. Our exercises change weekly to keep things interesting and challenging.
