Aspire - The Living Well and Early Help Service
Verified service

About Us...

The Living Well & Early Help Service works alongside people to recognise and build on their strengths, passions, and capabilities. We will guide people to identify their own practical solutions wherever possible and focus on what they can do for themselves using their skills and experience, rather than automatically looking for a service response.

Our team can support community members and their families to link with services across the Isle of Wight that support their needs, by way of signposting to the relevant organisations or by direct assistance from our outreach or development team who will support and help them with a way forward.

Our outreach team focus on working alongside individuals to provide specific advice, guidance and practical help for their personal concerns, ensuring they have all the tools and information to resolve their issue.

Our development team focus on connecting communities and supporting opportunities to combat social isolation and loneliness. They can also provide information and advice at several LWEH organised information points and groups.

Further details of our information points and groups can also be requested by telephone from our first point of contact team and found on our website.
