-Healthy Activity:  Weekly  Hot  Meals and Refreshments served as well as Healthy eating classes at Canons   Community Center.

-Weekly   Keep fit classes – Especially Leg and Hand movement/ Dance Movements to Music  and cultural activities.

-Weekly   Recreation activities: Art and Craft activity, Sewing using the sewing  machine for mending/ altering old cloths and making new friends and chatting.

-SERIES OF HEALTH TALKS AND HEALTH CHECKS

-Weekly Games/   puzzle and Bingo.

Weekly advise   guidance and information on finance, housing benefits as well as energy and   advise support with cost-of-living Green Doctors – energy specialists.
