We offer a wide range of in-person and online yoga classes for all levels, including beginners and those seeking gentle, restorative, or more dynamic practices. Our classes are held in Harrow, Pinner, Finchley, and also available online for your convenience.

  • Try Soham Yoga for just £1 – enjoy a seven-day trial and discover the benefits of yoga and meditation in a friendly, supportive environment.
  • Class types include: Morning Glory Yoga, Hatha Yoga Stretch, Ashtanga Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Health, Yoga for Beginners, Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation, and more.
  • Special courses: Hatha Yoga Course (8 weeks), November Yoga Challenge, and private yoga sessions.
  • Accessible facilities: Our venue provides yoga mats, props, bricks, blankets, kitchen facilities, and two bathrooms (one is disabled accessible). Chairs are available for those who need them.
  • Supportive teaching: All classes are led by qualified, experienced, and insured teachers who guide you with proper yoga and breathing techniques. No prior experience is required for most classes.
  • Flexible schedule: Classes run mornings and evenings, Monday to Saturday, with open hours Monday-Friday 11am-8pm and weekends 10am-6pm.
