Dementia Matters Here(fordshire) is a Herefordshire-wide independent charity dedicated to supporting people affected by dementia and memory loss, as well as their carers and families.
We understand the challenges that come with living with dementia, and our friendly, experienced team is here to help you every step of the way. Whether you are worried about your memory, supporting a loved one, or navigating a new diagnosis, we offer a range of services and projects to meet your needs.
- Telephone Support Line: Speak to our team for advice, information, and a listening ear. Open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Carer’s Support Groups: Connect with others who understand your journey and share experiences in a supportive environment.
- One to One Support: Personalised assistance for individuals and families, tailored to your unique situation.
- Meeting Centres: Join local groups for social opportunities and activities designed for people living with dementia.
- Care Home Support: Guidance and resources for care home residents and staff.
