WorkWell supports people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who have a disability or health condition and need help with work. A dedicated work and health coach helps you understand health-related barriers, build a tailored plan and connect with local NHS, partner and community support.

- Return-to-work or thrive-in-work plan with clear objectives for physical, psychological and social needs
- Advice on workplace adjustments
- Employer liaison if you consent
- Follow-up, low intensity support and referrals or signposting to other local services

Service access criteria:
The patient must be over 16 years of age and living in or registered with a GP or Job Centre in Leicester, Leicesterhsire and Rutland. They must have the right to work in the UK.
