WorkWell in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is a free support service for individuals aged 16 and over with a disability or health condition who need help to start, stay, or succeed in work. This includes those needing support to remain in work, manage a condition to return from sickness absence, or start employment. Work and Health Coaches also facilitate referrals to local services such as physiotherapy, counselling, employment advice, and debt advice.
Delivery is primarily in-person through dedicated Work and Health Coaches integrated into general practice and neighbourhood teams, with a roving community model also being tested for outreach.
You can access WorkWell through self-referral, or by referral from your employer, local services, GP, or Jobcentre Plus.
