About Work Well
Work Well is a personalised support programme designed to help individuals with health conditions stay in or return to work. It offers practical, tailored support through Work and Health Coaches who work alongside individuals to improve confidence, manage health challenges, and explore employment goals.
Service access criteria
The patient must be over 16 years of age and living in or registered with a GP or Job Centre in Hinckley. They must have the right to work in the UK.
