Healthy Life is Shropshire Community Leisure Trust’s award-winning exercise referral programme, designed to help adults feel their best while having fun and getting active. Whether you want to get fitter, stronger, or simply move more, this programme offers personalised support to help you reach your goals.

What is it? Healthy Life is a three-month programme that includes tailored guidance from qualified staff. You’ll receive a discounted membership and one-on-one support to help you increase your activity levels and manage long-term health conditions.

  • Personalised exercise plans and support from dedicated instructors
  • Access to a wide range of classes suitable for managing conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, musculoskeletal issues, weight management, and chronic pain
  • Use of Boditrax machines to track your progress

Who is it for? If you’re over 18, inactive or sedentary, and managing a controlled medical condition or disability, Healthy Life gives you specialised support to help you get moving and improve your health. The programme is designed to help you build a more active, confident lifestyle, one step at a time.

How does it work? Simply speak to your health professional or GP and ask for a referral. Once referred, you’ll enjoy three months of discounted membership and ongoing support.

Over 18's.  Patient needs a GP Referral Form (attached) which states medical conditions, medications and that the patient is safe to exercise.
