A free, confidential support programme designed to help patients of Spinney Hill Medical Centre, East Park Medical Centre, The Charnwood Practice, and Broadhurst Street Surgery in Leicester to manage their health while staying in or returning to work. Support is available for those off work due to illness, struggling with work-related stress, or experiencing difficulty managing health while working. Delivery includes in-person appointments at the medical centre and outreach by a roving coach. Contact your GP for a referral.

The patient must be over 16 years of age and living in or registered with a GP or Job Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. They must have the right to work in the UK.
