StayActive4Life offers friendly, supportive exercise classes designed for adults aged 50 and over in Ealing, Hillingdon, and surrounding areas of West London. Our mission is to help you stay healthy, live better, and enjoy a more active lifestyle—no matter your current ability.

What we offer:

  • Strength & Balance Classes: Specially designed to prevent falls, increase strength, balance, and confidence through tailored exercise programmes using body weight, resistance bands, and weights.
  • Zumba Gold: Fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance classes focusing on cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance.
  • Online Classes: Join live Zoom sessions or access OnDemand videos to exercise from the comfort of your home.

Our approach is about maintaining independence, building confidence, making friends, and having fun. Whether you want to improve your fitness, mobility, or simply connect with others, our classes are welcoming and inclusive.

How to join:

  • Classes are available in-person across West London and online.
  • You can self-refer by contacting us directly, or ask your GP, Physiotherapist, or Social Prescriber for a referral.
