Coventry & Warwickshire IPS Employment & Training Service offers specialist support for people experiencing severe mental illness to find and keep employment. Our Individual Placement Support (IPS) service is designed to help you move into work, or stay in your job if you are struggling due to your mental health.

Our team provides tailored, one-to-one support to help you identify your strengths, prepare for work, and access suitable job opportunities. If you are already employed but finding it difficult to cope because of your mental illness, we also offer a job retention service to help you stay in work.
