Peer-to-peer talking group

ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free, confidential peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. Our mission is to break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

What we offer:

• Free to attend support groups for men, running every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays).
• Groups are available nationwide, from the South-West of England, into Wales, up to the North of Scotland, and online for those further afield.
• No booking required – simply turn up and talk as much or as little as you wish, with no pressure or obligation to speak.
• All sessions are confidential and judgement-free, providing a safe space to share or just listen.
• Thousands of men attend our sessions every week, supported by an army of dedicated volunteers.

How to access:

• Find your nearest group using our Group Finder.
• Just turn up on a Monday at 7pm – no need to book or register.
• Online groups are also available for those unable to attend in person.

Cost: All groups are completely free to attend.
