Waythrough's Cumbria Safe Haven offers free one-to-one and community support for anyone 18 and over living in Cumbria. Our services are designed to assist anyone seeking help.
Maryport Community Drop-In Sessions
Join us for our weekly drop-in at Maryport Library. Free to anyone over the age of 18 living in Cumbria.

Mondays - 10:30am - 1pm
No referral or appointment necessary to attend – just drop-in!
Grab a free cuppa, meet our friendly staff and learn strategies for managing mental health.
Family members, friends, and other professionals are welcomed too.
Located in a private room within Maryport Library, our community drop-in session offers a safe and comfortable environment for individuals seeking support within their community.
What to Expect
•Discussions about various mental health conditions.
•Access coping strategies and resources tailored to your needs.
•General group discussions, games, and crafts.
Note: Participation in discussions is not mandatory. You can attend to listen and gather advice at your own comfort level.

Duration
Our drop-in sessions are 2.5 hours but feel free to come whenever is best for you and leave whenever is best for you.
We encourage you to come and be part of our supportive community. We look forward to seeing you there!

One-to-One Appointments
We have one-to-one appointments available every day either face-to-face, via videocall or via telephone.
One-to-one appointments are available via referral and are completed in our Workington office.
Alternative Community Drop-Ins
Our other weekly drop-in sessions are held at:
