Join us for a weekly mental health support group every **Friday from 1:30 PM to 4 PM** at **Workington Library**.
**Who Can Attend:**
This group is open to anyone aged **18 and over** seeking mental health support. Family members, friends, and professionals are welcome to accompany participants.
**What to Expect:**
- **Safe Environment:** A comfortable space for connecting with others in similar situations.
- **Discussion Topics:** Engage in conversations about specific mental health conditions and share coping strategies.
- **Activities:** Participate in general group discussions, games, and crafts.
- **Participation Flexibility:** While discussions are encouraged, there is no pressure to share your personal experiences. You’re welcome to listen and receive helpful advice.
**Session Details:**
- **Duration:** Each session lasts **2.5 hours**, but you're free to leave early if you need to.
- **No Booking Required:** Just **drop in** — no referral or advance booking is necessary.
