Our service is free and available to residents in Berkshire, Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, North Somerset, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon, Wiltshire, and parts of Oxfordshire, West Sussex, and Surrey. If you live outside these areas, please contact your local council for support.

- We can also arrange a British Sign Language interpreter if needed.
Office hours: 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you call outside these times or lines are busy, please leave a voicemail. We aim to return calls within five working days.
