HOPE Course

The HOPE Programme is a supportive 6-week course designed for people living with chronic pain and/or fatigue. Run by our Culm Valley team, the programme takes place in Hemyock on Tuesdays during January and February.

What you can expect:

  • Prioritise your wellbeing and learn practical strategies to manage chronic pain and fatigue.
  • Connect with others who share similar experiences in a friendly, welcoming environment.
  • Opportunities to become a volunteer facilitator alongside our team in the future.

Who is it for? Anyone living with chronic pain and/or fatigue who wants to improve their wellbeing and meet others in the community.
