Medway Safe Haven offers free, welcoming, and non-judgmental mental health support for anyone aged 18 and over in the Kent area. The service is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays, ensuring help is always at hand when you need it most.
Whether you are feeling distressed, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, you can access support in a way that suits you: face-to-face, by phone, email, or video consultation. No referral is needed—just walk in or get in touch.

Medway Safe Haven works closely with GPs, Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis Teams, A&E Mental Health Liaison Teams, Police, Ambulance Services, and other front-line professionals to ensure you have the right support when you need it.
