Everyone Active Parkinson's Free Membership

Everyone Active offers free leisure centre membership for people living with Parkinson's and their carers across England. This membership provides access to gym equipment, swimming pools (where available), and group exercise classes at any of their 190 sites. Additionally, members can access online Synergy Dance classes and EXi digital exercise on prescription. To access, sign up online or in-centre. A doctor's or consultant's letter confirming diagnosis is required on the first visit. Service access criteria: Eligibility requires proof of Parkinson’s diagnosis via a doctor’s letter. Evidence must be received at the site within one calendar month of taking out the membership. The free membership covers access to gym, swimming pool (where applicable), group exercise classes and Synergy Dance online classes; carers may be added to the membership. All members must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction. Normal membership terms apply.
