Solent Mind New Forest Mental Health and Wellbeing Support.

Our service is designed to help you get back on track through a personalised programme of groups, workshops, and activities. We work with you to set goals and find the right mix of creative arts, active groups, mindfulness, and short courses focused on anxiety, self-esteem, and life skills.
