Autism Hampshire has been creating a better future for autistic people and their families for over 50 years. We offer a wide range of services, resources, and community opportunities designed to meet the diverse needs of autistic individuals across Hampshire.

Our services include:

  • Information, Advice & Guidance Service: Friendly support and expert advice for autistic people, their families, and professionals. Our team supported over 5,000 people in 2024-25.
  • Serendipity Community Groups: Social groups for autistic adults to connect, share experiences, and build friendships in a welcoming environment.
  • Training & Consultancy: Bespoke training for organisations, schools, parents, and autistic adults, including workplace consultancy and specialist workshops.
  • Supported Living: High-quality supported living services tailored to individual needs.
  • Emergency Services – Autism Alert Programme: Yellow Autism Alert cards for local adults, young people, and children to help emergency services respond appropriately.
  • Neurodiversity Connections Hub: A dedicated space in Southampton for autistic people to access support and connect with others.
  • General Information & Resources: Webinars, guides, and campaigns to raise awareness and promote autism acceptance.
