Forever Cycling is a low mobility cycling initiative designed for people over 50, offering a unique virtual cycling experience using MotiTech technology. Participants pedal at their own pace with exercise pedals while enjoying immersive video journeys through over 2,000 iconic destinations worldwide, including Paris, New York, and Sydney.
Sessions are inclusive and welcome all abilities. They are a fantastic way to boost physical activity, and the friendly environment—with tea, coffee, and biscuits—helps combat social isolation and loneliness.

Session Details:
- Aston Clinton Baptist Church: Every other Monday, 2-3pm (52 Green End St, HP22 5EX)
- The Ark, Stoke Mandeville: Every other Tuesday, 2-3pm (28 Risborough Road, HP22 5UT)
- Wendover Health Centre: Every other Wednesday, 1:15-2:15pm (Aylesbury Rd, HP22 6LD)
- Weston Turville Village Hall: Every other Thursday, 2-3pm (School Approach, HP22 5RW)
Cost: £3 per session, payable in cash on arrival.

Forever Cycling is funded by Active in the Community CIC and runs alongside Seated Exercise classes for over 50s at the same venues.
All ages and levels of fitness welcome. Sessions are adaptable depending on the participants needs and capabilities.
