Our service supports those in need of money management. Each session is tailored to individual needs, offering guidance on benefits, debt, and energy.

Benefits Advice

Ensure accurate benefit rates and help with new claims.
Assist with overpayments, mandatory reconsiderations, appeals, and unfair sanctions.
Debt Advice

Solutions for debt management, including negotiating with creditors.
Energy Advice

Help reduce energy bills and provide information on grants and discounts.
Money Guidance

Budget creation or review, better-off checks for additional benefits.
Check eligibility for one-off grants.
Tips to decrease regular spending costs.


After receiving the referral, our Project Support Team will contact the client to collect information and schedule a meeting with a Money Coach. Referrals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with a wait of up to two weeks.

Quick Tips!

-Appointments are usually conducted over the phone, via WhatsApp, or Zoom.

-It is a good idea for clients to save Money A+E's number, 020 8616 3750, to their mobile

-We do not have translation services, so a trusted advocate, friend, or family member will be required if a translator is needed.

 

Money Coach appointments are by appointment only. To avoid disappointment, please do not attend the office without an appointment.
