After receiving the referral, our Project Support Team will contact the client to collect information and schedule a meeting with a Money Coach. Referrals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with a wait of up to two weeks.

-Appointments are usually conducted over the phone, via WhatsApp, or Zoom.
-It is a good idea for clients to save Money A+E's number, 020 8616 3750, to their mobile
-We do not have translation services, so a trusted advocate, friend, or family member will be required if a translator is needed.
