Come and join us for Tai Chi with Gaynor at The Ecumenical Centre (B97 4EX), Thursdays 1-2pm!
With its gentle movements, Tai Chi has been shown to have a positive effect on muscle strength, flexibility and balance, in addition to supporting wellbeing.
Regular physical activity in later life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you'll also meet new people! Age UK North Worcestershire run a range of Exercise Classes, aimed specifically at older people, across North Worcestershire.
If you haven't exercised in a while, don't worry. Our classes are run by experienced instructors and focus on gentle exercise to help you to improve your fitness at your own pace. The classes are also great fun - the social aspect is a really important part of all the groups run by Age UK North Worcestershire!
No need to book and no equipment needed – just come along and 'Give it a Try'!
Please note that the classes do not run over the Festive period or on a Bank Holiday. For more details please contact Age UK NorthWorcs' Activities Coordinator on 01527 570490 or visit https://www.ageuk.org.uk/northworcs/activities-and-events/
