Exploring essential oils for wellbeing

Then why not join Jacqueline, who is a Creative Arts Facilitator (Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy practitioner (HICAT) )
A mental health profession that uses the creative process of art-making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages

You will start your workshop with an introductory drink and an overview of the history,  benefits and safe use of essential oils.

Jacqueline will then guide you through an Aroma Balance, a sensory journey through a ‘blind scent trial’ discovering 5 essential oils.

You will then choose your favourite 2 or 3 oils to make a bespoke blend to add to 2 products ( choice of hand cream/inhaler stick/shower or bath lotion) to take home.

This workshop is for adults only.

Not recommended if pregnant.

Must not have had recent or are in recovery from surgery or on blood thinning medication.
