The Hearty Party is a community project by Sheppey Matters, a health and wellbeing charity serving the Isle of Sheppey. Sheppey Matters delivers a range of community-led health and wellbeing programmes, including social groups, activities, and support services for all ages and abilities. Services are delivered in person from their Healthy Living Centre in Sheerness, outreach hubs in Eastchurch, and various other local venues across the Isle of Sheppey. This is a face to face service on the Isle of Sheppey, we except anyone with a cardiovascular diagnoses, or intervention such as stents, bypass, stroke etc. This is not a NHS group and we cannot prescribe medication.
