Cognitive Stimulation Therapy - Plymouth

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) groups are designed for individuals living with mild to moderate dementia, including those on waiting lists. CST offers engaging activities that stimulate cognitive function in a supportive social environment. Research indicates that participation in CST can help slow the progression of dementia for some individuals. ### Program Details: - **Duration**: - **Plymouth**: 2 hours per week for a total of 15 weeks.
