Sunlight Dementia Support Cafe

Sunlight Dementia Support Café is a welcoming weekly group for people living with dementia, their carers, and anyone seeking support or companionship. Join us every Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm to make new friends, share experiences, and receive advice from people who truly understand.

Enjoy a lovely cup of tea in a friendly, relaxed environment. Our sessions regularly feature a dementia therapy cat and our Parish Nurse, who are on hand to offer comfort and guidance.
