Iden Manor Nursing Home is 51 bedded home set is 16 acres of mature and tailored grounds. Our care and nursing team are skilled in caring for individuals with nursing and complex physical health needs, along with our specialist dementia suite. In addition to short, respite and long stay accommodation options, we also provide a day service for those wishing to continue to live at home. This service is offers individuals and their loved ones the opportunity to utilise the safe and supported facilities within the home during the day on a regular or adhoc basis which can continue to support people living at home for longer.
50+ with health and social care needs including nursing and complex nursing, including MND, trachy support, PEG/J, stomas and oxygen. Able to support those with early onset and advanced dementia
Able to support those with mental health concerns in addition to the above
Not able to cater for those who are aggressive to self or others.
Not suitable for those with a primary learning disability diagnosis
