**Join Our Support Group for Neurodivergent Teens!**
Are you a teenager aged 13-17 with autism, ADHD, or another neurodivergent condition? We invite you to our weekly sessions every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Marlow Library, SL7 1BL.
**What We Offer:**
- **Free Attendance:** No fees or advanced booking is required—feel free to just walk in!
- **Skill Development:** Participate in activities designed to enhance your communication skills and emotional regulation.
- **Supportive Environment:** Engage and learn in a safe, relaxed setting, tailored specifically for neurodivergent individuals.
- **Volunteer Support:** Led by Lauren, a Lived Experience Consultant in Neurodiversity and Mental Health, who brings valuable insights from her own journey as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer.
**What to Expect:**
- Each week features a different topic aimed at empowering you to understand yourself better and navigate the neurotypical world.
- Share your experiences at your own pace; there is no pressure to participate more than you wish.
**Additional Offerings:**
- *New! Neurodivergent Children Family Support Group* on Tuesday afternoons, starting February 25 from 4:30 - 5:30 PM.
- *Upcoming Adult Autism Social Club* launching this summer, with an introductory session in April.
