Able Futures provides confidential, no-cost mental health support for employees, apprentices, and SME employers across England, Scotland, and Wales.
If you are experiencing difficulties at work due to stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, Able Futures can help you have more good days. Our service offers up to nine months of advice, guidance, and support from mental health professionals, helping you manage your wellbeing and stay focused at work.
- Support for individuals: Get help with issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, mental wellbeing, eating and drinking, sleep, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), coping at Christmas, and bereavement.
- Support for employers and apprenticeship providers: Demonstrate your commitment to supporting mental health in the workplace. Able Futures delivers the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, at no charge to employers or individuals.
- Accessible for British Sign Language (BSL) users: Contact us using InterpretersLive! for on-demand and pre-booked BSL interpreters, available 24/7.
