We welcome individuals who:

Are seeking support for mental or physical well-being through nature-based activities.
Are part of the social prescribing network and self-refer via The JOY App.
Would benefit from outdoor activities, gentle movement, and community connection.
Have an interest in gardening, growing food, or learning about sustainability, regardless of experience.
Are open to participating in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Accessibility & Participation

No prior experience in gardening or farming is required.
Activities are adaptable to different levels of physical ability.
A friendly, inclusive space for all ages (please check for age-specific sessions).
Sessions may include light physical activity, so participants should be comfortable with gentle movement.
Support workers or carers are welcome to attend if assistance is needed.
