Gentle Somatic Movement class

These gentle somatic classes can help you! Especially good for people with sore, tight or stiff muscles

Many of us are impacted, physically as well as mentally, by stress. In these classes you will learn a simple and effective way to release habits of stress and tension from your muscles, leading to more comfort and ease in your body.

Each class consists of slow guided movements and sensory awareness training, done lying down.

You will receive audio recordings for home practice

Sign up for a 5 week course:

Mondays 6 - 7pm on Feb 24th, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am on April 22nd, 29th, May 6th, 13th, May 20th
